Q. Do I need to give a deposit to have a shoot?
A. All shoots require a small booking fee. This is non refundable and the
remainder of the balance is required upon delivery of images.
Q. Will I need to sign a contract when I book an appointment?
A. There is an written agreement between the photographer and the client,
which outlines the agreed photo shoot. This ensures there are no
misunderstanding on the terms and conditions and protects both parties.
Q. Are you flexible on packages?
A. All images are taken to your specification. You choose what style, size
and budget.
Q. Will there be more than one photographer at my wedding?
A. It's all dependent on the type of wedding package you choose. Popular
packages include a choice of formal and candid shots and if preferred, we
can offer 2 photographers within the package price.
Q. What if I have to cancel an appointment?
A. If unfortunately you have to cancel, arrangements will be made to
accommodate alternative dates you have. This will not incur any additional
charge.
Q. We like traditional and contemporary photos. Can you do both?
A. Yes. I can mix the more formal and relaxed poses within the same shoot.
Q. Do you offer an engagement/pre wedding photo with a wedding
package?
A. Yes. All wedding packages are offered with a complimentary
engagement/pre wedding photo.
Q. Do you have backup camera equipment?
A. Yes. All photo sessions will be supported by a minimum of 2 cameras and
various lenses.
Q. Can I have colour and/or black & white photos?
A. All photos are digitally shot in colour but can be modified to suit your
individual taste eg. black & white, sepia etc.
Q. What if my photographer is ill when I choose to have my photos
taken?
A. A contingency plan is in place where an approved photographer will carry
out your shoot. This can be discussed prior to booking an appointment.
Q. Is there a charge for travelling to our desired location?
A. There is no additional charge for any travel within the U.K. However,
if accommodation is required, this will be incorporated into your package
price.
Q. Will I get copies of my photos on a C.D.?
A. Most bookings, in particular wedding packages, are inclusive of a C.D.
with the entire photo library contained on it.
Q. Will you provide a free consultation and quotation?
A. Yes. Consultations can be done in person or via email/telephone and
quotations confirmed in writing.
Q. I'm looking for something that isn't on your website. Can you
take photos of other subjects?
A. I am willing to tailor my photography to suit the clients' requirements
and am capable of offering a variety of styles, images, locations and
topics.
